Kyebi operational area comprises of these other communities; Apapam, Afiasa, Ahwenease, Adadietam, Akwadum, Potroase, Apedwa, Asafo, Addonkwanta, Obretema, Asikam, Adukrom, Asiakwa and Ominako. These communities engage in either mining activities or farming. Whilst Kibi still has higher dominance of mining and trading activities, it is worth mentioning that commercial activities have begun gaining popularity due to the developmental activities in the area coupled with the fact that this is the city of the current president of the nation, continuous relocation of individuals from more congested parts of the capital city to less congested parts like the above-mentioned area.
