Management Team

Mr. Francis M. Kotoko is the Chief Executive Officer of Mumuadu Rural Bank Plc. He holds a Professional Certificate in Human Resource Management from the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management, Ghana; a Fellow of the Civilian Institute of Democracy and Administration; a Commonwealth Executive Masters in Business Administration from KNUST; a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from University of Cape Coast; a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Ho Polytechnic and Intermediate Certificate in Association of Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana (ACIB).

Mr. Kotoko was employed as a Chief Clerk in 2001, rose through the ranks, and became a Manager of Kyebi and Nkawkaw Branches of the Bank. He has over twenty-two (22) years working experience in Banking. After joining Mumuadu Rural Bank Plc in 2001 with only four (4) branches, he contributed immensely in the creation and establishment of four (4) additional branches of the Bank namely; Suhum, Nkawkaw, New Abirem and Nsawam branches. He assumed the post of a Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Bank in 2014 and took over as the Chief Executive officer in July 2022 through hard work and dedication.

Mr. Kwadwo Asante Oppong-Agyare is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Mumuadu Rural Bank Plc, a position he has held since July 2022. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Practitioner who has over eleven (11) years of experience in Banking. Prior to his appointment as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, he served as the Finance Manager of the same Bank, from January 2017 to June 2022.

He is the first Chartered Accountant and the first Finance Manager of Mumuadu Rural Bank Plc, who established and solely managed the entire department for over five (5) years. Through hard work and determination, he instituted a lot of revenue generation and cost reduction measures, culminating into profit maximization, which won the Bank a lot of awards. Through his mentorship and coaching, the Bank can now boast of five (5) Chartered Accountants with many others in various levels of the Chartered Accountants' professional programme.

He is an Accounting, Finance, and Tax Professional with professional qualifications in taxation and accounting from the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana, and the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana, respectively. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from the University of Cape Coast, a Post-Chartered Diploma in Treasury and Financial Risk Management from the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana and a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Koforidua Polytechnic now Koforidua Technical University.

Mr. Douglas Anakwa is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana, (ICAG), and a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIB), Ghana.

He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Cape Coast (UCC), and a Diploma in Business Studies in Accounting from the Koforidua Technical University (KTU).

Douglas is a Finance and a Banking Professional with over eighteen (18) years’ wealth of Banking experience. Prior to his appointment as the Head of Finance of Mumuadu Rural Bank Limited, he held other key management positions in the Bank such as Branch Operations Manager, and Branch Manager in the New Abirem and Kyebi branches respectively.

He was an ICAG Part-Time Lecturer at the Koforidua Technical University from the year 2019 to 2021. He also lectured in areas such as taxation, financial management of banks and commercial law at the University of Cape Coast, College of Distance Education (CoDE), Koforidua Campus, from 2013 to 2015 and from 2019 to 2021.

Mr. Stephen Bekoe Boadu is the Head of Credit Department of Mumuadu Rural Bank Plc.  He holds an MBA in Finance from K.N.U.ST, a Diploma in Project Management from IPED-UK and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and Social Work from K.N.U.S.T.

He has worked with organizations including Derma Area Rural Bank Ltd, Awutu Emasa Rural Bank Ltd, SG-SSB, and JLB Expertise.

Mr. Stephen Bekoe Boadu has over twelve (12) years of experience in Microfinance and Credit.

Ms. Antwi is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management, Ghana, (CIHRM). She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Coventry University (UK), and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Cape Coast. She obtained an Intermediate Certificate of the Associateship examinations, from Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana, (CIB). She also holds a Higher National Diploma in Marketing from Cape Coast Technical University.

She was appointed as the Head of Human Resource of Mumuadu Rural Bank Plc on March 13, 2023. Prior to becoming Head, Human Resource, she served as the Koforidua Branch Manager of the Bank from November 2017 to March 2023. She joined the Bank as a Senior Credit Officer from May 2003 to November 2017.

Ms. Antwi enforces quality leadership of human resource management, translating into a conducive work environment and employee satisfaction. She has over twenty (20) years of experience in Banking.

Mr. Johnny Osei Anini is the Head of the IT Department of Mumuadu Rural Bank Plc. He holds a Commonwealth Executive Masters in Business Administration from KNUST, a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Cape Coast and a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Accra Technical University. He has also worked with Bawjiase Rural Bank Ltd. and Kwahu Rural Bank Ltd.

Mr. Johnny Osei Anini has over twenty–seven (27) years of Banking experience and over ten (10) years of experience in Information Technology.  He joined Mumuadu Rural Bank PLC in the year 2005.

Emmanuel is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana, (ICAG). He holds an MBA in Accounting from University of Cape Coast and a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and finance from the Presbyterian University College. He joined Mumuadu Rural Bank in 2009 and has over 14 years experience in Banking.

Mr. Bright Odame is the Head of Marketing Department of Mumuadu Rural Bank Plc. He is an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana, He holds MBA in Marketing from University of Cape Coast, Bachelor of Business Administration (Marketing) from Valley View University and Higher National Diploma, Marketing from Accra Technical University.

Mr. Odame joined Mumuadu Rural Bank Plc. on 1st March, 2023. However, he has over thirteen (13) years Banking experience (Marketing, Selling and Sales Promotion, Operations) with two different Rural Banks (Manya Krobo Rural Bank Ltd, serving as Head of Marketing and Upper Manya Kro Rural Bank Ltd. serving as Mobile Bankers Coordinator).

Mr. Michael Otu is the Head of the Risk and Compliance Department of Mumuadu Rural Bank Plc. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Cape Coast and a Diploma in Business Studies from Kumasi Polytechnic now Kumasi Technical University.

He has worked with the Bank for over eighteen (18) years.  He has worked in the following Departments of the Bank; Operations, Credit and Information Technology. He has in-depth knowledge in risk and compliance. Mr. Otu worked with Odwen Anoma Rural Bank Ltd. before joining Mumuadu Rural Bank Plc. in the year 2005.
