Mr. Kofi Adu Agyarko is a seasoned public servant with twenty (20) years of experience in developing effective compliance and monitoring programs within the energy industry, as well as, extensive international exposure.

Mr. Agyarko is the Director of Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency at the Energy Commission, Ghana. He holds a Master of Science in Energy Management from the Norwegian School of Management (BI) Sandvika; and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Banking and Finance Option from the University of Ghana, Legon.

Mr. Agyarko is proficient in project and budget management and has implemented multimillion-dollar projects on a national scale including the renowned energy-efficient refrigerator market transformation project that put Ghana on the map as the first African nation to achieve that feat.

He is a Montreal Protocol 2021 "WHOSWHO" Champion and a member of numerous international committees, including the Energy Efficiency Task Force (EETF) of the Montreal Protocol's Technology and Economic Assessment Panel (TEAP).

Prior to joining the Energy Commission, Mr. Agyarko worked as a Security Analyst in Belmont Financial Securities.

Mr. Stephen Narkotey is a passionate and resulted-oriented individual who strives to work with a team of professionals to ensure that Organisational goals are achieved. He is a Chartered Accountant by Profession (Member-ICAG). He holds a Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from the National Examination Board for Occupational Safety and Health, UK. He has a master’s degree in Oil and Gas Management from Coventry University, UK, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology with Philosophy from the University of Ghana, Legon.

Mr. Narkotey currently works with Ghana Audit Service as a Principal Auditor and has eight (8) years’ experience in Performance and Financial Auditing. Due to his hard work, his team won the 2022 AFROSAI-E Best Performance Audit Report. Prior to joining the Audit Service in 2016, he worked as an Acting Branch Manager at Redeemer Microfinance Limited (Somanya Branch). Mr. Narkotey also worked with the Microfinance and Small Loans entre (MASLOC) as a Credit/Microfinance Officer from 2010 to 2013. Prior to joining MASLOC, he worked with Fanteakwa District Health Insurance Scheme as a Management Information System (MIS) Officer.

Miss Josephine Agyei is a Chartered Accountant by Profession with thirteen (13) years post qualification experience, working as an accountant in various field of accounting. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana and also holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Ghana.

Miss Agyei is the current Manager/ Stores Accounts for the Materials Management Division of the Electricity Company of Ghana Limited who ensures that all payment certificates conform to the provisions of respective procurement contracts. She worked as the Manager/ Local Audit for the former Ashanti SBU of the same company from 2016 to July 2022 and was part of the team that implemented Risk Based Internal Auditing in Ashanti SBU. She has the ability to maintain accurate financial data for further financial analysis.

Miss Josephine Agyei, before her appointment as Manager in September 2015, supervised two important units of the Finance Directorate of ECG, Final Accounts Unit at Head Office from 2012 to 2016 and the Payroll Unit from 2006 to 2011.

She has experience in auditing and management of statutory deductions. Again, she worked as an Accounts Officer at the Controller and Accountant General's Department from 1996 to March 1997.

Dr. Godwin Debrah is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Statistics and Actuarial Science, University of Ghana. He holds the following qualifications: PhD Economics, from Michigan State University, MA Economics, from Central Michigan University, and BA in Mathematics and Economics, from the University of Ghana,

He is a member of the following professional bodies:  American Economic Association, Missouri Valley Economics Association, Agricultural and Applied Economics Association, Ghana Mathematics Society, and Ghana Statistical Association.

Prior to joining the University of Ghana, Dr. Godwin Debrah was a Visiting Faculty at the Department of Economics, Grand Valley State University, USA.

He is passionate about development research focusing on microfinance and labor market issues in Ghana. He has published in reputable journals like Journal of Development Economics, and Journal of Agriculture and Applied Economics.

Rebecca Adobea Ayew is an analytic, self-motivated, problem-solving and hardworking professional secretary with twelve (12) years’ experience with a passion to ensure that established businesses comply with industry and good corporate governance practices. Experienced in drafting templates for management to enhance their work; writing minutes, agreements, other related legal instruments and expedite consideration of issues to enhance the discussions at meetings.  Possess excellent communication skills, a good listener, the ability to study documents, beat deadlines and work without supervision.
